*Please note our catering minimums: $500 minimum for Tuesday through Thursday and $750 minimum for Friday through Sunday.
We request a notice period of over 48 hours, and must ensure a minimum of 25 guests for pickup.

All packages include: black plastic three-compartment plates, silverware, serving utensils, buns, pickles, and choice of BBQ sauce – mild, sweet, or spicy.

Our catering team member will deliver and set up your buffet line, but service is not included. Warming kits are available for purchase.

Our Catering Team Member will deliver and set up your buffet line with one hour of service, buffet line clean-up, and packaging of any leftovers. Black linens, warming kits, and stainless-steel service supplies are included.

All of the same options as Delivery Buffet Maintenance, but with quicker serving time! Our Team sets up a double-sided buffet line for self-service. This is required for over 200 guests to meet one hour of serving time.
